We dared to look into the crystal ball together across all business divisions.But this was no simple coffee brew reading! No, it was a concrete initiative that creates resilience and flexibility for the future. What challenges will we face in two, five, maybe even ten years' time? What decisions will we have to make? The tool of choice - the scenario method
The scenario method is a strategic tool for preparing for different possible futures.
