Are you also thinking about the future? For more than a year, we at café+co have been working very intensively on how we can position ourselves as an internationally active company in order to expand our quality and service leadership in the vending machine catering and coffee supply sector in Central and Eastern Europe over the next few years.
Twelve months of intensive work by a 14-strong team - international and interdisciplinary - have brought to light a strategic programme that should deliver exactly that over the coming years, namely a lead in service and quality for the entire café+co Group.
How can we achieve this? Only together!
The management was impressed by the level of innovation and the new collaborative spirit that has developed within the project team. This is also the basis for the implementation of the strategic initiatives. Colleagues from all parts and all levels of the café+co Group are invited to shape the transformation together.
The framework for this is provided by:
- Clear structures and processes, i.e. the definition of responsibilities and the creation of a framework for the continuous evaluation and adaptation of the strategy.
- Effective communication based on an open and transparent exchange of information. This ensures that everyone involved is informed about progress and can actively participate in implementation.
- Motivation and commitment to the participation of all colleagues from café+co through active listening, picking up on fears and concerns and developing a shared understanding of the opportunities and possibilities that arise on the market and customer side.
- A clear understanding of roles and responsibilities opens up opportunities to effectively contribute one's own ideas.
Comprehensive discussions with the responsible managing directors from all parts of the café+co Group ensure broad stakeholder engagement. The most pressing issue is certainly the preparation for the introduction of new digital systems, which are crucial for a customer-centred market approach. The current challenges in the area of human resources, including the recruitment, training and retention of employees, were also addressed.
Once again, it is clear that open dialogue ensures that all café+co sub-organisations are able and motivated to implement the new strategies effectively.
