Maintenance contracts for service assignments in the event of a fault
We recognise defective appliances quickly and of course replace them within the framework of the appliance guarantee. In the event of rare but always unpleasant faults in the appliances, we are on site as quickly as possible within the framework of a maintenance contract and eliminate the fault immediately where possible. The billing of these assignments can be done in a manner adapted to your requirements: either per assignment or integrated in a flat-rate fee.
