café+co Smartpay App

The café+co Smartpay app was developed for café+co International GmbH 1230 Vienna, Voarlberger Allee 14.

Deleting the Smartpay account:

Once your Smartpay account is closed, it can no longer be reactivated and all collected Coffeepoints and vouchers will be lost forever.

If you find that our Smartpay app is not right for you, we are very sorry.

However, if we can do anything to change your attitude towards the app, let's talk about it!

You are welcome to call us from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (excluding public holidays) on +43 05 05 200 12 or tell us your concerns in the service form of the app.

If you still want to close your SmartPay account, we will inform you about the further procedure below:

Important note:
Communication will only take place via the email address stored in SmartPay. (Keep an eye on your SPAM folder).

  • After you click on the button "Close SmartPay account" in personal data, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your request. This will be checked and processed on our side within the next few working days. If necessary, our Smartpay customer service will contact you and clarify open questions (e.g. the chargeback of your open SmartPay credit) with you.
  • All personal data and saved payment tokens will be deleted after the remaining amount has been transferred back; the account will be blocked during the cancellation process.
  • As soon as this process is completed, your Smartpay account will be deleted and your ticket will be closed. Upon receipt of your request, the process described above may take up to 30 days.
